Hearing Evaluation and Testing

Providing excellent hearing services starts with a complete hearing evaluation completed by an audiologist utilizing state of the art equipment. Hearing evaluations are provided at no charge as part of a comprehensive consultation concerning your hearing.

All hearing evaluations are completed in a sound treated booth using insert earphones for the most precise measurement of hearing levels. A variety of tests are then completed to determine both the degree of hearing loss and type of hearing loss (which part of the ear is affected).

Following the hearing evaluation, test results are carefully explained to the individual with appropriate recommendations in manner free of any sales pressure or influence. The focus is on helping you hear better, whether it is by referring you for medical treatment, adjustment or repair of your present hearing aids, or by providing you information about how the newest hearing aid technology may be of benefit.

Hearing Aid Services

Evergreen Audiology Clinic strives to provide the most advanced hearing aid technology at affordable prices. We carry all the major hearing aid brands so we are not limited to any one line of hearing aids when making recommendations. A wide range of options are presented based on your lifestyle needs, test results, and budget.

Trial Periods

All hearing aids are provided with at least a 30 day trial period where the hearing aid can be exchanged for another type of hearing aid or returned for a full refund.

Warranty & Insurance

Most models are provided with a 3 year repair warranty and 3 year loss/damage insurance coverage. Hearing aid cleaning and digital program adjustments are provided at no charge for the life of the hearing aid.

Cleaning and Repair

Hearing aid check-ups and cleaning are provided free of charge on all hearing aids whether they were purchased from us or from another office. Repair services are provided at reasonable rates for all brands of hearing aids.
